Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Full Refund: Eligible items will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at [email protected] or call (206) 555-0199 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item securely, including all accessories and original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package to our returns address (see below). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
